Ben Dolan

Ben brings a strong background in customer service and sales to his role at Stephen Duff Nissan. Cars have been a big part of Ben’s life, as he grew up in the industry, working as a car groomer shortly after school. Great customer service is second nature to him, and his professional background reflects this - with a previous position at Fairfax Media as their print and digital advertising sales consultant.

He believes in going the extra mile for his customers and likes being able to create long-lasting friendships with regular clients. He enjoys having a great rapport with clients and being able to have a laugh in his day-to-day. The icing on the cake is seeing the excitement and huge smiles on a customer’s face when they’ve purchased their new car.

Ben joined Stephen Duff Nissan in January 2019 and is proud of the hard-working dynamic team that the business has. He says Stephen leads by example, going beyond for every customer that sets foot in his yard and putting his staff first, and it shows in his loyal customer base.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Ben on the golf course. On the odd occasion he’s not, you’ll find him on the road to Central Otago with his partner.
